the conversion of the former carport to habitable floorspace, including a slight front extension and associated elevational alterations, the provision of a first-floor extension to the front of the dwelling, including associated roof and elevational alterations, an additional window to the western side elevation serving the principal ground-floor bedroom, the upgrade and relocation of the on-site wastewater treatment system, including the installation of a new pumped secondary treatment system and tertiary polishing filter and, all associated site, development, upgrade and drainage works to facilitate the development
