for 3 years is sought for an existing marquee type gym structure, area 709sq.m, associated hardstanding area, detached shower & toilet structure and associated site works, internal road & vehicular entrance for construction purposes, 3 no. Storage containers for building material, building equipment & site office for construction purposes, associated hardstanding area and associated site works. Retention Planning Permission is sought for a security hut at the site entrance and all associated site works. Planning Permission is sought for an extension to an existing 1 ½ storey detached dwelling to form a two storey dwelling with basement, including balconies, alterations to all elevations and all associated site works, foul water to existing On Site Effluent Treatment System & percolation area, surface water to soakaways, demolition of existing detached garage on site and all associated site works.
