The development consists of retention and completion of Revisions to layout to include revised parking and internal footpath arrangements, revised communal open space provision, revised internal boundary treatments, and revised private open space provision to residential unit No. 1; retention of alterations to the 6 no. terraced units to the rear (Unit No.’s 4-9), to become 6 no. 4 bed units, by providing an additional ground floor bedroom to each unit in lieu of garage parking, with revisions to ground floor elevations, together with all associated site works and services. RPS No. 748, a Protected Structure, is located within the application site
